I’m a seasoned UX Researcher most recently working at Shopify as a UX Researcher and Research Operations Coordinator. I am skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data analytics, and reporting.
I hold a Master of Design and I’ve applied a mixed methods approach throughout my career in the accessibility, transportation, education, and most recently, the e-commerce sectors.
